How do I earn points?

You'll automatically earn points when you pay using your Frasers Plus account at any retailer within our Frasers Plus network (website or store) that accepts Frasers Plus as a payment method.

Remember: there are just a few exclusions and you won't earn points when you buy gift cards or gift vouchers; delivery charges; in-store services such as alterations and from certain concessions.

See your points?

You can see your points balance and any pending points in the Frasers Plus app by tapping the gift box option at the bottom of the screen.

1. Head over to the Frasers Plus app and sign in
2. Tap the gift box icon at the bottom of the screen; here you'll see your points balance and pending points balance

Pending points

Pending points are points that have been earned but can't be converted to rewards yet.

Points become active after 35 days and will appear in your points balance. Once they're added to your main points balance you can convert them to a reward.

What are my points worth?

When you've earned 500 points you can convert your points to a £5 reward.

500 points = £5
1,000 points = £10
1,500 points = £15
2,000 points = £20
2,500 points = £25

And so on...
